July 7, Friday - Rapid City, SD
- Independent arrivals to Rapid City, SD (Airlines that fly into Rapid City: American, Allegiant, Delta, Sun Country, United)
- Airport Shuttle to Hotel (Guests need to call Hotel (605) 348-8300 one day prior to arrival to arrange for shuttle; cost will be billed to Reed Travel.)
- Overnight Stay at Rushmore Hotel in downtown Rapid City! Great hotel, great location- you can walk to the Bronze statue of TR downtown.
- 6:00pm - Meet and Greet: Cocktail Reception at hotel
- 6:30pm - Dinner at hotel, Roosevelt Room
July 8, Saturday - South Dakota, Wyoming & Medora, ND
6:30am - 7:30am - Breakfast- 7:30am - Depart hotel for Mt. Rushmore
- 8:00am - 9:30am - Mt Rushmore National Memorial
- 9:30am - 12:00pm - Travel Mt Rushmore to Devils Tower, WY
- 12:00pm - 1:00pm - Devils Tower & Box Lunch
- 1:00pm - 2:00pm - Devils Tower to Belle Fourche (Center of the Nation) for 30-minute Bathroom Break
- 2:30pm - 5:30pm -Travel to Medora, ND
- 5:30pm - Hotel Check-in Elkhorn Quarters, clean, quaint, and a well-staffed hotel with rustic charm.
- 7:30pm - Welcome Dinner in Medora at Rough Rider Hotel
- Overnight stay in Medora, ND
July 9, Sunday - Medora, ND
8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast- 9:00am - 12:00pm - Tour Theodore Roosevelt Badlands National Park
- Veterans Appreciation Day in Medora
- 12:00pm - 1:00pm - Time in Medora on your own to explore, shop and have lunch (own cost)
- 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Veteran's Panel, Medora Community Center
- 2:30pm - 5:30pm - Free time
- 5:30 - 9:30pm - Bus leaves for Dinner and Show in Medora
- Pitchfork Fondue Dinner
- Medora Musical - TRA Special Welcome
July 10, Monday - Medora, ND
8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast- 9:00am - Buses leave for Visit to the future Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library site
- 10:00am - 11:45am - Chateau de Mores and Visitors Center
- 12:00pm - 1:00pm - Lunch at Teddy Roosevelt Dining Patio
- 1:00pm - Depart for Painted Canyon
- 1:15pm - 2:00pm - Visit Painted Canyon Overlook & Visitors Center
- 2:00pm - Depart for Dickinson University
- 3:00pm - 4:30pm - TR Center Offices/Exhibit space Dickinson State University
- 5:00pm - 7:00pm - BBQ/Picnic at President Easton's home (President of Dickinson State University)
- 7:30pm - Social at the Schafer Cabin (Hosted by TRA Medora Foundation)
- 8:30pm - Ride back to the hotel for those not attending optional “After Social”

July 11, Tuesday - Medora, ND
7:30am - 9:00am - Breakfast- 8:00am - 9:30am "Strenuous Life Hike" with Joe Wiegand along Medora’s Point to Point Trail
- 10:00am - 2:00pm - Elkhorn Ranch Visit includes sack lunch. Van transportation arrange by DJ.
- 9:30am - 6:00pm - Ala carte activities not included and must be arranged for those not participating in Elkhorn Ranch visit. Lunch on your own.
- "Salute to Teddy Roosevelt" Show, $18
- Horse back rides $51(1 Hr) - $93(2 Hrs)
- Hiking Trails (no charge)
- Bully Pulpit Golf Course, 18 holes, $102

- 7:00am - depart Medora, ND to Dickinson, ND (DIK) Airport; arriving at 8:00am (MDT) DIK Airport (45-minute drive via motorcoach)
- 8:15am (MDT) - Depart DIK airport for Bismarck, ND (BIS) Airport; arriving at 11:00am (CST) (1 hour & 45 minute drive via motorcoach)
