If you are not a TRA member or closely related to a TRA member registered for the event, you must sign up for TRA membership first. Join the TRA here.

Please read Friends and Family Cruise Information document and USS TR Liability and Guest Information Form for further information BEFORE making a reservation. Download, print, fill out, sign and return these forms along with required physician’s note for all adults over 65 yrs of age to the TRA National Office no later than July 10th. Email forms to Marie Kutch at mkutch@theodoreroosevelt.org, fax to (516) 921-6481 or send by mail to arrive NO LATER THAN July 10th.

Registration form online will require identification information for EACH person attending this event as requested by the Ship for security clearances (full name and date of birth, PLUS driver’s license #, state id # OR SSN. Please be sure to have ALL of this information ready before your proceed to register online.

All registrants will receive an email confirmation. Additional information pertaining to the cruise will also be sent by email to all registrants and will be posted on our website. Registration packets with guest name badges will be available for pick up at our host hotel, Embassy Suites San Diego Bay Downtown, 601 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA on Monday, August 12th and early Tuesday morning, August 13th.

Cancellation Policy

Once you register and make payment, there will be NO REFUNDS.*
*Please Note:
 This event can at any time be cancelled due to unforeseen military action that may require immediate deployment of the ship and crew. If this should occur, full refunds of TRA Registration Fees will be issued. Trip insurance should be considered when making your reservations.
