2023 Strenuous Life Adventure - Registration
This tour is limited to a 25-person minimum and 45-person maximum. Registrations will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis, with a Wait List available for those still interested if we should meet our maximum by March 27. The Strenuous Life Adventure program trips are open to TRA members and their families. We strongly encourage you to invite your guests who are not TRA members or family to sign up for membership on our website.
Tour Dates
Friday, July 7 thru Wednesday, July 12
Tour Price for Adults & Children (airfare not included)
- Price Per Person/Double Occupancy - $2,300
- Price Per Person/Single Occupancy - $2,450
Note: Accommodations at Elkhorn Quarters Hotel are as follows:
- Double OR Single Occupancy Rooms – one bed per room (queen or full size)
- Family Quarters Rooms – one queen bed, plus a bunk bed which has one full bed on bottom & one twin bed on top. Guests in this room will be charge at Double Occupancy price per person.
Price includes: Airport shuttle transportation on arrival and departure days, hotel accommodations for 5 nights, private motor coach transportation between sites and activities, most meals (see itinerary) with some very special dinners, light snacks/water, show tickets, TR site entrance fees, and tour directors throughout the entire adventure.
Important Registration Dates
- March 27 – $500 Deposit and Completed Registration Form is due at TRA National Office.
- May 15 – No refunds on deposit after this date.
- May 26 – Balance owed to TRA with no refunds after this date.
- Deposits to hold your reservation for this trip must be received by March 27. Please be sure to check the box on the Registration Form if you would like to be put on the “wait list” if necessary.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
All Registrants and their Guests will be required to sign and return a Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement form which will be sent to all registrants. This form should be mailed or emailed back to the attention of Marie Kutch prior to May 26.
