What is this?
The TRA's Indiana Chapter is inviting all TRA members to a FREE zoom event they are hosting with "Island of Vice" author Richard Zacks
Richard Zacks did extensive research for his book about TR's two years as police commissioner of New York city. In the 1890's, New York was teeming with 40,000 prostitutes, illegal casinos and all-night dance halls. This should prove to be a very interesting discussion! Due to the nature of the topic, this event is not suitable for children.
